Are your inflatables stocked in New Zealand?
Most EastJump commercial inflatables are manufactured and shipped directly from our factory in China. Please send us the model number to check current availability and delivery time.
Do you have a New Zealand NZBN?
EastJump is a China-based manufacturer and exporter, so we do not currently operate under a New Zealand NZBN. We can provide our company details, commercial invoice and shipping documents.
Are your inflatables suitable for commercial hire?
Yes. Our commercial inflatables are designed for hire businesses, event companies, schools, holiday parks and entertainment venues.
Most land-based products are made from commercial-grade 0.55 mm PVC tarpaulin.
What accessories are included?
Accessories depend on the product and quotation. They may include a blower, repair materials, storage bag, stakes and ropes.
Please check your quotation or proforma invoice for the exact items included.
Can you customise colours, logos and sizes?
Yes. Many products can be customised with different colours, logos, removable banners, sizes and themes.
Safety & Documentation
Can you provide AS 3533.4.1 documentation?
Documentation depends on the exact model.
We can provide available product specifications, operating instructions, safety information, blower information and relevant test or certification documents.
If AS 3533.4.1 documentation is required, please send us the model number before ordering so we can confirm what is available.
Do bouncy castles need WorkSafe registration in New Zealand?
Land-borne inflatables such as bouncy castles and inflatable slides are currently not classified as amusement devices requiring registration in New Zealand.
Commercial operators are still responsible for safe setup, supervision, risk assessment, inspection and maintenance.
What is the safe wind limit?
The safe operating wind speed depends on the specific inflatable and its operating instructions.
Always follow the manufacturer’s requirements and stop operation when weather conditions exceed the stated safe limit.
Can you provide documents for commercial insurance?
We can provide available manufacturer documents such as invoices, product specifications, operating instructions, safety information and relevant test documents.
If your insurer requires specific documents, please send us their requirements before ordering.
Price, Shipping & Payment
Are website prices delivered prices?
Not unless specifically stated.
Website prices generally refer to the product price. Shipping, GST, customs clearance, import charges and local delivery depend on the order and destination.
Can you quote delivery anywhere in New Zealand?
Yes.
Please send us the product model, quantity, delivery city and postcode, and we can calculate the available shipping options.
How long does shipping take?
Sea freight normally takes several weeks after production. Air freight may be available for smaller or urgent orders.
We will provide an estimated production and shipping schedule with your quotation.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is normally made by bank transfer.
For most made-to-order products, the standard payment term is 50% deposit before production and 50% balance before shipment.
Warranty & After-Sales
What warranty do you provide?
Our standard limited warranty is:
Commercial inflatable: 2 years
Blower: 1 year
Normal wear, misuse, incorrect anchoring, accidents and extreme weather damage are not normally covered as manufacturing defects.
Where are warranty repairs handled?
After-sales support is handled directly by EastJump.
For minor issues, we can provide repair guidance, materials or replacement parts. Larger repairs can be handled locally after discussing the issue with us.
Can I see photos or videos before shipping?
Yes.
For made-to-order products, we can provide finished-product photos or videos where available. Products are inspected before shipment, and packing photos can also be provided.
