At EastJump New Zealand, we aim to provide high-quality commercial inflatable products designed for long-term use.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and support in accordance with the conditions outlined below.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • The product must be returned with all accessories and packaging

Custom-made or personalised products (including logo printing or custom sizes) are not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team via email or contact form
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

⚠️ Returns must be approved before shipping. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

For large inflatable products, return shipping may be significant due to size and weight.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please take clear photos or videos immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will assess the issue and provide:

  • Repair solutions
  • Replacement parts
  • Partial refund or replacement (if applicable)

This aligns with standard after-sales handling described on the site.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before production or shipment
  • If production has already started, cancellation may incur material or labour costs

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-designed inflatables
  • Used or damaged products (not due to manufacturing defects)
  • Products returned without prior approval

9. Exchanges

We offer exchanges if:

  • The product is defective
  • The product received does not match the order
